18.2 Arbitration

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any controversy or claim shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Pennsylvania, United States.

18.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Analytics Academy individually. You waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement
